科研业绩

一直致力于生物医用材料的研究,针对药物输递过程的卡脖子问题,设计合成了一系列新型生物医用材料,用于核酸、小分子和蛋白药物递送。载体安全高效,促进了药物在目标作用位点有效富集,高效治疗肿瘤、神经退行性疾病和糖尿病等,为该领域的发展提供了新的药物载体和设计思路。成果发表于Journal of the American Chemical Society、Science Advances、Advanced Materials等期刊上,申请并授权专利多项。作为项目负责人,主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年项目,北京市自然科学基金面上、青年项目。2020年,入选北京市科技新星计划。
